Atlas Staffing is seeking candidates for the role of Chip Recovery Technician with a reputable manufacturing company located in Boise. Apply today!

Role and Responsibilities (Includes but not limited to):

  • Removal of aluminum chips in the machine shops — as needed per machine

  • Mop the machine shops floors to remove excess oil – weekly

  • Dump the aluminum chip bins — as needed

  • Inform supervisor when the aluminum recycle bins need emptied — as needed

  • Keep areas around the recycle bins swept , organized, and cleaned up — as needed

  • Shuttle filled trash dumpsters to front lot, move emptied ones to appropriate areas. — check daily

  • Clean the restrooms (urinals, toilets, sinks, mirrors, wipe down walls, and mop floors) — as needed

  • Stock restrooms with appropriate toiletries – as needed

  • Empty trash cans (large ones in common areas i.e.: break room, hallways) — as needed, weekly minimum.

  • Clean, mop, and organize common areas — break room, hallways, stairway — as needed

  • Order required pertinent supplies through manager. — as needed

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience working in a production environment

  • Coordination with others to complete job while not hindering production

  • Working a forklift

Physical Demands:

  • Ability to lift 35 pounds by self in safe manner

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM 

Wage: $20.00/hr.
