Manufacturing Associate – South Phoenix
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM
Pay: $19.00/hour
Type: Temp-to-Hire

Atlas Staffing is hiring a Manufacturing Associate for a well-established sheet metal panel manufacturer located in South Phoenix. This is a hands-on role offering variety and cross-training across departments. As a floater on the production floor, no two days will be the same—perfect for someone who enjoys learning and staying active throughout the day. Great benefits available upon conversion!

Key Responsibilities:

• Package metal panels and prepare materials for shipment
• Use hand and power tools to build custom pallets
• Load and unload trucks safely and efficiently
• Pull and verify orders, assist with receiving and inventory
• Unwrap, inspect, and clean coated metal products
• Feed product onto conveyors for bagging and sublimation
• Remove seams and ensure proper sealing of bags for the baking process
• Load/unload trolleys into ovens, remove bags, and stack finished product
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safety-focused work environment

Requirements:

• 1+ years of experience in manufacturing or construction
• Ability to accurately read a tape measure
• Skilled with hand tools, power tools, and saws
• Forklift operation experience preferred
• Strong attention to detail and quality
• Reliable transportation and excellent attendance
• Team-oriented with a positive, can-do attitude
