Are you reliable? Do you have great attention to detail? Do you have previous landscaping/groundskeeping experience? Atlas Staffing is in search of a self-motivated Landscaper for a client in Union Gap, WA. 

Landscaper's responsibilities are to build and maintain gardens, parks and other outdoor landscapes. Their duties include ensuring plant growth, cleaning outdoor facilities, and trimming overgrown hedges.

Shift: Day Shift 8:00am-5:00pm 

Pay Rate: $16.66-$16.66/hr.  

Responsibilities:

  • Planting and Cultivation: Deciding the kinds of flowers, trees, and shrubs to plant and where to plant them.

  • Lawn Care: Regularly mowing the grass, edging, and fertilizing the lawns.

  • Pruning and Trimming: Trimming, pruning, or shearing hedges, shrubs, and trees for form or safety reasons.

  • Irrigation and Water Management: Regular watering or scheduling watering of a certain section for growth and managing the moisture levels.

  • Pest and Weed Control: Taking care of weeds, pests, diseases, and other factors that would boost the general health of the plants.

  • Maintenance: use of many tools such as a ride-on lawnmowing, blowers, Painting, rebuilding, and etc. 

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent qualification.

  • A minimum of 1 year experience in a landscaping or groundskeeping role.

  • Must be able to operate maintenance equipment including lawnmowers, leaf blowers, and hedge trimmers.

  • Strong knowledge of pest management and basic lawn maintenance.

  • High attention to detail with excellent organizational skills.
