Front Counter Sales Associate – Industrial Supplies
Location: Boise, ID
Pay: $18.00+ DOE
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Are you looking for a long-term opportunity with a stable, locally owned company? We’re seeking a reliable and customer-focused Front Counter Sales Associate to join our team at our Boise location.
As the first point of contact for walk-in customers, you'll play a key role in providing product information, processing orders, and supporting day-to-day operations.  

Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist customers at the front counter in a professional and friendly manner
• Provide product information and help customers with order selection
• Process sales transactions and prepare order paperwork
• Maintain a clean and organized counter and showroom area
• Assist with stocking, shipping/receiving, and inventory as needed
• Work closely with warehouse and sales teams to ensure customer satisfaction

Requirements:

• Valid driver’s license and ability to pass a drug test
• Steady work history in similar role
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work on your feet throughout the day

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous experience in counter sales, retail, or industrial supply
• Familiarity with construction, or mechanical products
