CNC Machine Operator
Work Location: Boise, ID
Salary: $28/hr+ DOE
Schedule: Monday–Friday 3:00am – 11:30am
 

Position Overview
We are seeking a driven, hands-on CNC Machine Operator to join our production team. The operator will set up, run, and maintain CNC machines, ensuring all parts meet specifications and quality standards. This role requires attention to detail, technical aptitude, and the ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Role and Responsibilities

• Must have minimum 2 – 3 years experience

• Set up and operate various CNC machine tools
• Ensure all parts meet print specifications using proper measurement tools
• Work within very close tolerances
• Read and follow drawings and job work instructions
• Perform routine machine maintenance
• Load and indicate parts to fixtures
• Monitor tool wear, and load tools and inserts as required

Requirements

• Strong communication skills
• Excellent work ethic and willingness to work overtime if needed
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
• Ability to read and understand technical drawings and use measuring equipment
• Knowledge of CNC milling and lathe machines
• Basic computer skills (emailing, opening/printing documents, navigating Windows/Internet Explorer)
• Reliable attendance

Physical Demands

• Ability to lift 35 pounds safely
• Ability to use lifting assist equipment when necessary
