Machine Shop Supervisor
Location: Spokane, WA
Schedule: Monday – Thursday, 6:00 AM to 4:30 PM (4×10 work week)
Pay: $35.00 – $40.00 per hour (DOE)

We’re seeking a hands-on Machine Shop Supervisor to lead a skilled team of machinists in a fast-paced production environment. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced CNC professional with strong working knowledge of machine shop operations who enjoys leading people, improving processes, and ensuring high-quality results.

What You’ll Do

• Supervise 5–10 machinists operating CNC lathes, mills, manual machines, grinders, and lappers.
• Set daily priorities, delegate work, and ensure production goals are met.
• Promote a strong culture of safety, teamwork, and accountability.
• Train and mentor team members to build skills and efficiency.
• Monitor quality and job progress; communicate updates to operations leadership.
• Identify process improvements and assist with equipment and workflow optimization.
• Maintain training records and ensure compliance with all company and safety standards.

What You’ll Bring

• 5+ years of machine shop experience, preferably in a lead or supervisory role.
• Strong CNC background, including programming and setup.
• Working knowledge of machine shop practices, tools, and equipment.
• Ability to read blueprints and use precision measuring tools.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
• Authorized to work in the U.S. and able to pass pre-employment screenings.
