Atlas Staffing is hiring an experienced Press Brake Operator for a full-time position with a premier sheet metal manufacturer in Liberty Lake, WA.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a skilled operator with experience on Amada press brakes to join a dedicated team. If you are proficient at reading mechanical blueprints and committed to producing high-quality parts, we want to hear from you.

Job Summary

As a Press Brake Operator, you will be responsible for setting up and operating a Precision Sheet Metal Press Brake (Amada) to produce high-quality parts. This role requires a high level of attention to detail, the ability to read complex blueprints, and a commitment to maintaining quality and schedule.

Key Responsibilities

  • Set up and operate a Precision Sheet Metal Press Brake (Amada).

  • Read and interpret mechanical blueprints to ensure part accuracy.

  • Use proper measurement tools (calipers, protractors, etc.) to maintain strict quality standards.

  • Maintain brake tooling and request replacement tooling as needed.

  • Keep up with the production schedule and notify the supervisor of any potential delays.

  • Perform light computer tasks related to the machine operation.

  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.

Qualifications

  • Must be able to run an Amada Precision Press Brake.

  • Must be proficient at reading mechanical blueprints.

  • Must be able to use proper measurement tools to maintain quality.

  • High attention to detail and excellent organization skills.

  • Hard-working, dedicated, and a collaborative team player.

  • Able to lift fifty (50) pounds regularly.

  • Good attendance, punctual, and able to work overtime (including Saturdays) when needed.
