Job Title: Delivery Driver Support Specialist
Job Type: Temporary 4-6 months
Pay Range: $15–$18/Hour
Monday – Friday 7am-4pm, 8am-5pm, (flex)
Location: Boise ID

Position Overview
We are seeking a reliable and proactive Delivery Driver Support Specialist to help keep our Distribution Center running smoothly. This role supports urgent deliveries, routine supply runs, and internal errands, ensuring both internal teams and customers receive what they need quickly and accurately. The ideal candidate enjoys being on the move, helping others, and contributing to daily operations.

Key Responsibilities
Deliveries & Pickups

• Perform urgent deliveries to customers and field service technicians.
• Pick up empty containers, defective items, returns, or necessary paperwork.
• Ensure timely and accurate proof-of-delivery.

• Run time-sensitive errands for multiple departments.
• Assist with daily Distribution Center tasks such as staging, light sorting, and organization.

• Represent the organization professionally during all customer interactions.
• Communicate promptly with internal teams regarding delivery status, issues, or customer feedback.

• Maintain company vehicle in clean, fueled, and safe condition; report maintenance needs promptly.
• Keep accurate records of deliveries, pickups, and errands.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Comfortable driving a company vehicle throughout the day.
• Reliable, punctual, and adaptable to changing priorities.
• Strong communication skills and customer-service orientation.
• Ability to work independently while meeting performance expectations.
• Familiarity with local area routes preferred.

• Previous courier, delivery, warehouse, or customer-facing experience.
