Location: Boise, ID
Pay: $16.00 per hour
Schedule: Monday – Friday | 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM
Job Type: Temporary / Seasonal from January 2026 to July 2026

Job Overview
We’re hiring!!! Seasonal Assembly Associates to support production operations in Boise, ID. This entry-level, hands-on role is ideal for individuals who enjoy working with small components, have strong attention to detail, and can perform efficiently in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Assemble small parts and components according to work instructions
• Package finished products accurately and efficiently
• Perform all assigned tasks efficiently while meeting required production quotas
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
• Follow established best practices, quality standards, and safety procedures
• Identify issues, troubleshoot basic problems, and communicate concerns as needed
• Communicate clearly, directly, and respectfully with co-workers and supervisors
• Perform additional duties as assigned to support production needs

Qualifications & Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Entry-level position; prior assembly or manufacturing experience is helpful but not required
• Strong attention to detail with a high degree of accuracy
• Ability to follow instructions and take direction
• Basic problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
