Quality Inspector
Location: Boise, ID
Pay: $21.00 – $22.00/hour + shift differential for 2nd/3rd shift
Department: Quality
 

Position Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented Quality Inspector with manufacturing experience to perform incoming, in-process, and outgoing inspections to ensure products meet internal and external specifications. This role is responsible for documenting inspection results, maintaining quality records, and supporting overall quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Inspect incoming, in-process, and finished parts to ensure compliance with specifications
  • Match parts to job travelers using serial numbers
  • Record inspection data in the Quality Management System (QMS) and generate reports as needed
  • Identify and document non-conforming materials
  • Perform basic equipment calibration and verification
  • Package finished parts in a cleanroom environment and verify labeling accuracy
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve quality issues
  • Assist with internal and external audit preparation
  • Follow established procedures, work instructions, and quality standards

 
Qualifications
Required: Previous manufacturing experience

  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints
  • Experience in quality inspection preferred
  • Familiarity with ERP/QMS systems is a plus
  • Basic math and strong problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
  • Reliable attendance and punctuality
