Atlas Staffing is hiring a full time, temp-to-hire Special Projects Coordinator for a great company in Airway Heights!

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the special project development process for accounts that have been assigned. Strive for growth in innovation and customer satisfaction (internal & external) on an ongoing basis
• Timing and scheduling of all aspects of product planning and development for assigned projects
• Working with, and as a liaison between, all divisions and product development support units within our organization, such as purchasing, operations, creative resources, marketing, sales, suppliers.
• Continuous research of new product trends to include trend shopping, store checks, global market trends, trade references, trade shows, networking, online, etc.
• Compilation of quote requests and pre-work to gain approval for specific programs to ensure we are meeting initial margin requirements
• Submission of art requests to Studio via appropriate software (Wrike and/or Centric)
• Responsible for maintaining Customer Profiles for assigned accounts
• Item set up in the company ERP system, Apprise, for all special projects as assigned

Requirements:

• Associates degree or 2 years of relatable experience.
• Ability to read and comprehend instructions, short correspondence and memos.
• Intermediate math skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Outlook, Excell and Word. 
• Professional customer service skills

Shift: Monday-Friday, 7:30am-4pm
Wage: $19.50-$22.50DOE
