Atlas Staffing is hiring a Mill Worker for our reputable client in the manufacturing industry. This is a full time, temp to hire position on Day and Swing Shift. If you are looking for an opportunity to get your foot in the door with a great company in Spokane Valley, apply now!
Mill Worker Responsibilities:
- Manufacture and inspect feed-related products
- Bag animal feed in a fast-paced production environment
- Identify all ingredients on recipe cards to correctly blend them for each different type of feed and label them
- Assist in the regular maintenance of equipment and premises
- Safely use hand tools, power tools, forklifts and delivery vehicles (training is available for the use of all tools)
- Safely load & unload trucks in a timely manner
Mill Worker Requirements:
- Possess a high school diploma (or GED)
- Lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 pounds (occasionally up to 80 pounds with assistance)
- Proven track record of being safe, dependable and reliable
- Ability to effectively communicate
- Ability to follow directions
Shift: Monday – Thursday 4am – 2:30pm or 2pm – 12:30am
Wage: $17 – $17/hr
