Inventory Specialist
Location: Clackamas, Oregon
Looking for a great opportunity to put your previous food service experience to work for you? We are hiring a Inventory Specialist for our client, a well-respected company in the Portland Metro area. This is a unique opportunity to use your food service or restaurant experience in a different and exciting way!
The Inventory Specialist is responsible for ensuring customer data and systems align with interna systems. This position will work with customers to ensures the quality and integrity of information.
Responsibilities:
- Gathers reporting information from the existing ERP system on an as needed basis or scheduled basis.
- Reports out findings to both internal and external stake holders.
- Works collaboratively in a team environment
- Reconciles SAP against Plex to research and true up inventories.
- Works closely with customer’s SAP team to champion inventory accuracy
- Enters all receiving paperwork into SAP.
- Provides production reports to customer and maintains production in SAP.
- Maintains client relationships with professionalism.
- Other duties as assigned.
Salary: $19.00 per hour
Schedule Days- 6 a.m to 2:30 p.m
Requirements:

Minimum of 2 years manufacturing environment.
- Prior inventory experience

Food & Beverage experience a plus.
