Atlas Staffing is hiring a Contracts Billing Specialist/Auditor for a technology based company in Boise Idaho.

Contracts Billing Specialist/Auditor Responsibilities:

  • Accurate meter collection and entry of assigned service billing accounts to meet established revenue targets and operational metrics.
  • Create, audit, maintain custom invoices for our largest customers.
  • Ensure meter reading software is installed and running for all customers who request it.
  • Ensure identification of machines no longer in use (moves, adds, and deleted) and notify internal stakeholders as needed.
  • Enter updated customer information into the ERP/Accounting system.
  • Audit meter reads to ensure accurate billing on accounts.
  • Additional duties as assigned.
Requirements:

  • Preferred: Associates or Bachelor’s Degree
  • 1-2 years’ experience in Accounting, Finance, Contracts or equivalent field preferred
  • Highly organized self-starter with excellent work ethic
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, with extremely high attention to detail
  • Ability to work well in a fast-paced team atmosphere
  • Must have excellent communication skills, ability to deal with a variety of situations in a tactful, mature, and cooperative manner
  • Solid working knowledge of Excel including pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, and other intermediate-to-advanced Excel functions
Wage: $17.00 – $20.00/hr.
Shift: Monday to Friday – 8:00am to 5:00pm
