Our client offers a robust benefits plan and creates an opportunity for Final Assembly Mechanics, Welders, and CNC Machinists to continue to learn and excel in their role.

Positions available:

• Mechanical Assembler
• CNC Machinist
• MIG Welder

Shifts:

• Day: Monday – Friday, 6am – 2:30pm
• Swing: Monday – Thursday, 2:30pm – 1:00am 
• Grave: Sunday – Thursday, 10:00pm – 6:30am

Wage: $22.00 – $30.00 per hour depending upon experience, shift, and position. Shift differentials offered for 2nd ($1.25) and 3rd ($2.25) shift

Requirements:

Welder:

• Able to read, interpret and follow schematics and blueprints
• Fit from blueprints and understands weld symbols.
• Applies knowledge of geometry weld shrinkage and welding techniques
• Achieve high quality and maximum strength welds with a wide range of metal sizes with little or no distortion.

CNC Machinist:

• Minimum 2 years hands-on CNC experience, or educational/ trade school training
• Ability to use of measuring tools such as calipers, micrometer, depth micrometer, bore micrometer, and height gauge, etc. 
• Ability to read blue print and understand GD&T
• Fanuc and Haas control panels knowledge 

Mechanical Assembler:

• Read and interprets blueprints, sketches, or product specifications to determine sequence and methods of assembling products.  
• Inspects assemblies and installation for conformance to specifications
• Ability to adapt and work on other product lines, as necessary.
• Ability to rig loads with chains and ropes.
