Atlas Staffing is seeking a Warehouse/Forklift Associate for a growing electrical distributor company in Boise, ID. In this role, you will be helping this company with warehouse order picking and loading/unloading trucks. Looking for an associate to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment where every day is different.

Warehouse Forklift Associate responsibilities:

• Will work in warehouse, move merchandise, receive & unload trucks, load trucks, cleanup work area, wrap & ship by UPS & LTL daily.
• Hard-working, team oriented and self-starting are a must.
• Ability to lift 50 pounds.
• Good mechanical skills.
• A willingness to learn how to cut wire and perform industry specific tasks in our warehouse is key.
• Ability to squat, kneel, bend, and twist.
• Ability to work on concrete floors for entire shift.
• Ability to climb ladders to pull material.
• Basic math skills Preferred Qualifications:
• Ability to operate a forklift.
• Pick up material from vendors.
• Receive incoming freight.
• Keep a clean and organized warehouse.
• Stock material on shelves
• Picking orders
• Processing returns from customers and to vendors.
• Operate a Microsoft-based computer system.

 
Warehouse Forklift Associate Requirements:

• Ability to work entire shift in extreme heat or cold.
• Ability to manually lift heavy boxes (minimum of 70 lbs.) of stock from shelves in warehouse, including reaching, lifting overhead, stooping down, crouching and climbing ladders.
• Ability to load and unload trucks from ground level or platform.
• Ability to safely operate materials handling equipment (forklift, pallet jacks, etc.) and wire measuring equipment.
• Ability to comprehend, read, and to communicate the English language orally and in writing.

You will be trained on SKU's parts and become knowledgeable with all parts.
