Atlas Staffing is hiring General Labor Concrete workers for a manufacturing company in Caldwell, Idaho. If you love the outdoors, construction related work and working outdoors, we want to hear from you!

Concrete Precast General Labor Responsibilities:

• Manufacture precast concrete products in a timely fashion to ensure on time shipment.
• Use wire mesh to reinforce the concrete.
• Strip and clean concrete forms.
• Prepare steel molds for filling with concrete.
• Build assemble Install rebar to create forms/cages per drawings.
• Read and follow blueprints and sketches.
• Unload and stack prefabricated steel.  
• Experience using rebar fabrication machinery or related concrete machinery and tools.
• Manufacture precast concrete products in a timely fashion to ensure on time shipment.
• Lift raw materials, finished products, and packed items, manually or using hoists.
• Trained to complete pre-operation equipment inspections and report any issues identified.
• Trained to set up, adjust, and operate all basic machine tools.
• Read and interpret work instructions, then execute work per instructions.

Requirements

• High school diploma and GED certificate.
• 1+ years of concrete or skilled labor experience preferred.
• Knowledge of standard construction equipment and materials.
• Ability to lift 50 pounds.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints preferred.
• Reliable transportation.
• Ability and comfortable working in all types of inclement weather.
• Must have stable work history.

Pay Rate: $20.00/hr.
Schedule: Monday – Friday
Start time: 6:00 am – 3:00pm (8-12 hours per day) Must be okay with mandatory overtime.
