Atlas Staffing is searching for a Graphics Manager for a sports marketing company in Boise, Idaho. If you have the related experience and are looking for a great new opportunity, apply now! 

Purpose: The purpose of the Graphics Manager is to oversee the graphics staff to ensure work is executed in the company according to a set production schedule and specified department metrics.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee graphics department (poster teams leads, ad builders and sales support ad builders)
• Communicate any production/graphics issues with appropriate department (school success, accounting, customer service, etc.)
• Execute production schedule for each season according to plan outlined by production department
• Communicate production deadlines to all departments and ensure that tasks are being accomplished by specified deadlines
• Help determine pace of tasks for departments
• Ensure each staff person is meeting specified number of units with quality and accuracy
• Prepare weekly reports on metrics of departments to ensure work is being completed by specified deadlines
• Work with Production Department to ensure work is being executed by specified deadlines
• Work with School Success and Production departments to get schedules in by specified time frame from schools
• Ensure products are being sent to schools and customers with quality and accuracy
• Hold staff accountable to attendance and oversee time off requests
• Handle HR issues as they arise and involve management and/or HR as needed
• Work with other managers to ensure good communication between departments
• Foster a team environment
• Maintain a positive attitude
• Hold weekly department meetings

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities & Experience:

• 2-3 years experience in management position
• Ability to delegate and organize 
• Ability to work with deadlines
• Working knowledge of Excel
• Ability to work with others

Special Requirements:

• Willing to work extra hours during the summer
• Works well under pressure

Shift: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM (Hours Can be Flexible) 

Salary: $50,000-$75,000 depending on experience
