Atlas Staffing is searching for an Assistant Manager of Operations for a sports marketing company in Boise, Idaho.

Purpose: The purpose of the Assistant Manager of Operations is to ensure that the administrative duties of the company are being handled as efficiently as possible.


  • Oversee customer service positions for school contracts and advertisers

  • Oversee collections representatives

  • Oversee shipping department

  • Oversee facilities

  • Ensure customer satisfaction standards are met

  • Ensure all staff is meeting productivity standards

  • Work with finance department to make sure update files, invoice files, and statement files are sent to lockbox on a daily/monthly basis

  • Resolve cash issues with lockbox service as needed (misapplied payments, lack of information from customers, etc.)

  • Review office supply ordering for entire company (checks, paper pens, letter head, business cards, etc.) and make sure needed supplies are always on hand

  • Ensure building maintenance is ongoing

  • Ensure facility is clean and organized at all times

  • Work with outside vendors and handle issues as they arise

  • Manage office keys, security codes, etc.

  • Hold staff accountable to attendance and oversee time off requests

  • Handle HR issues as they arise and involve management and/or HR as needed

  • Work with other managers to ensure good communication between departments

  • Foster a team environment

  • Other duties as assigned

  • Must contribute to a positive work environment

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

  • Ability to organize

  • Ability to work with others

  • Ability to work with deadlines

  • Ability to work independently

  • Ability to problem solve

  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Software

  • Desire to serve in whatever capacity necessary


  • Minimum of 1 year of job experience in administrative assistant position

  • Some management experience required

Shift: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM (Hours Can be Flexible) 

Salary: $50,000-$75,000 depending on experience
