Job Summary:
Executive Sales Support Specialist will report directly to our Vice President of Foodservice. Responsible for generating leads, qualifying prospects, and closing sales over the phone, online communication channels and in-person direct sales calls in Arizona. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a strong sales acumen, and a passion for exceeding sales targets.


  • Prospect and generate leads through, email campaigns, and other outbound sales activities.

  • Qualify leads and identify potential customers by understanding their needs and pain points.

  • Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to prospects.

  • Manage and maintain a pipeline of leads and opportunities using CRM software.

  • Close sales and achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.

  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop sales strategies and tactics.

  • Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.

  • Provide feedback to the marketing and product teams to improve lead generation and product offerings.

  • Meet and exceed key performance indicators (KPIs) such as call volume, conversion rates, and sales quotas.


  • Proven experience in inside sales, preferably in a B2B environment.

  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.

  • Excellent negotiation and closing skills.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Proficiency in CRM software and other sales tools.

  • Manage sales samples and marketing material requests.

  • Adaptability and resilience in a fast-paced sales environment.

  • Positive attitude and strong work ethic.

  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new sales techniques and technologies.

  • Compile and disseminate internal communications between sales and other departments.

  • Must be proficient with the entire Microsoft Office Suite with advanced Excel knowledge.

  • Must have an associate degree or completed college level course work.

Pay: $65,000-$85,000 per year based on experience 

Schedule: Monday – Friday; 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
