Do you have strong customer service skills and an excellent attention to detail? If so, we have a great opportunity for you! Atlas Staffing is searching for an Order Entry Specialist to join a fantastic team with a technology support company in Boise, Idaho. 

**This is a temporary position that will last roughly 6 months. There is potential for the role to become permanent, but it's not guaranteed.**

Responsibilities:

• Deliver an exceptional and consistent customer service experience, internally and externally

• Responsible for direct interactions with customers and a variety of company personnel

• Accurate and timely processing of supplies sales quote and sales orders

• Ensure accurate, valid and complete information while managing customer records and orders in our databases

• Accurately identifying and promptly escalating issues

• Coordinate delivery of customer supply orders in a timely and efficient manner, while ensuring proper allocation of product

• Ensure that customer inquiries are resolved promptly, professionally and thoroughly

• Effectively utilize company tools to complete assigned tasks and address account inquiries

• Responsible for taking escalations calls and supply inquiries from company's contact center, and fill in as back-up when needed for that department

Accountability: 

• Providing exceptional customer experiences

• Creating and managing orders and their status, tracking and communication

• Creating and maintaining our databases for item records and pricing

• Contact center escalations

Requirements:

• 2 years of customer service experience 

• Excellent analytical, problem solving and organizational skills

• Attention to detail

• Strong written and verbal communication skill

• Comfortable working with incomplete information to complete a task

Wage: $16.00 – $18.00 per hour DOE

Shift: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
