Atlas Staffing is hiring Concrete Construction Associates for a manufacturing company in Nampa, Idaho. The ideal candidate for this role will perform a wide range of duties in an industrial manufacturing environment. This individual will be part of a team responsible for safely and efficiently producing precast concrete products of the highest quality standards. Construction experience is required! Apply today! 

Responsibilities:

  • Strip and clean concrete forms and products

  • Prepare steel molds for filling with concrete

  • Perform basic carpentry skills

  • Facility maintenance and housekeeping

  • Other responsibilities may be assigned on a temporary or permanent basis as needed

Requirements:

  • Construction experience is required! 

  • Minimum high school diploma or equivalent.

  • Knowledge of basic math and measurements.

  • Ability to read/write simple instructions and communicate effectively with team members.

  • Ability to accurately read a tape measure.

  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs periodically throughout the day.   

Shift: 4:00am – 2:00pm

Hourly Rate: $20.00/hour 

**This shift will often require overtime hours in order to meet production demands. The ideal candidate must be willing and open to work overtime including possible weekend shifts and will receive time and a half pay ($30.00/hour) for overtime hours exceeding a 40-hour work week.
