Do you have experience operating forklifts and a background in production shipping and receiving? If so, Atlas Staffing wants you! We’re actively seeking a skilled Forklift Operator for a client in Selah, WA. 

Pay: $17- DOE
Shift: Mon-Fri (weekend if needed) 
Must be flexible with all shifts (end time fluctuates based on production)
Day, Swing, and Grave

Responsibilities:

• Load and unload trucks with finished product and raw materials
• Maintain forklift, i.e. lights, oil, water, hydraulic fluid, and brakes.
• Load and unload products, raw materials, empty bins, concentrates, etc.
• Warehouse raw materials and products as required.
• Store supplies to be used in processes.
• Transport supplies and product to Grind, Chip, or re-work processes as required.
• Transport product to another warehouse for shipment or storage
• Wear seat belt at all times.
• Complete inventory records, i.e. pallet shipping sheets, transfer sheets, and row card.
• flexibility for production operation/Sanitation if needed 

Requirements:
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:

• 2-3 years Forklift experience
• High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

LANGUAGE SKILLS:

• Ability to read and write English and to interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports.

MATHEMATICAL SKILLS:

• Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percentages.

CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS:

• Forklift Certification
  • Forklift certification will be certified again by the company 

TECHNOLOGICAL REQUIREMENTS:
· Ability to operate a computer software program.
