Atlas Staffing is seeking a Blender Technician to work in a warehouse/production line environment. Do you have open availability? We are seeking a reliable candidate for a client in Selah, WA!

Pay: $DOE.

Shift: Mon-Fri (weekend if needed) 

Must be flexible with all shifts (end time fluctuates based on production)

Day, Swing, and Grave

Responsible for Producing product by following blending procedures that meet customer specifications and needs. Add ingredients to the blend.  Monitor and adjust the blend as needed. Keep area clean and organized. Fill out paperwork and communicate 
with team members.

Responsibilities:

• Know and Operate Blending System
• Clean, CIP, and Sanitize Area and System
• Blend a Quality Juice and Maintain Supply for Lines
• Know Blending Procedures and Methods
• Monitor Quality and Perform Quality Checks
• Complete Paperwork
• Provide Leadership and be a Team Player
• Count Inventories of Ingredients
• Communicate Effectively
• Maintain GMPs

Education:

• High school diploma or (GED).  
• Six months to one year of position-related experience and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Machine Operating 1-2 years  

Language Skills: 

• Ability to read a limited number of two and three syllable words, and to recognize similarities and differences between words and a series of numbers

• Ability to communicate in English.  

• Ability to write simple correspondence  

•Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, other 
employees.

Mathematical Skills:

•.  Ability to add and subtract two-digit numbers and to multiply and divide with 10s and 100s

•Ability to perform these operations using units of measure

Technological Requirements:  

• GMP-training and understanding of standards 
• HAZCOM/ HAZCAT Training 
• Record Keeping 
• MSDS
