Atlas Staffing is hiring a Truss Builder for our reputable client in the manufacturing industry. This is a full-time position in Deer Park, WA with plenty of opportunity for advancement!
Job Responsibilities:
- Operate the roller press on fabrication tables.
- Assist with unloading and packing of cut lumber.
- Must carry and can read measuring tape to the 16th of inch.
- Responsible for following all safety procedures.
- Responsible for meeting productivity requirements.
- Understands what a properly constructed Truss looks like (gaps, plates, lumber quality)
- Maintain and conduct periodic maintenance of the machinery to ensure it functions properly.
Minimum Requirements:
- Must be able to learn how read and comprehend shop drawings
- Must be able to produce quality, accurate and efficient work
- Basic math skills
- Must be able to read a tape measure
- Ability to lift up to 75 pounds regularly
Shift: Monday – Friday, 6:00am-4:30pm
Wage: $18.14-$22.05/hr. depending on experience
