Atlas Staffing is searching for an Assistant Sales Supervisor for a reputable sports marketing company. 

Purpose: We are looking for an individual that can provide leadership along with the sales manager working in a call center. Primary functions involve creating and helping to manage an enthusiastic environment in which telephone sales agents can have success and achieve sales goals.

Responsibilities: 

• Monitoring and coaching all sales representatives which include completing and presenting written and verbal feedback.

• Ensure script adherence and quality presentations as well as completing keys to success.

• Training and developing new sales representatives

• Assist in setting goals and expectations for sales representatives.

• Assist in managing mindset and building positive energy on the team.

• Fostering and building a sense of “team” among team members.

• Assist with implementation of games and other motivational activities to create a fun, competitive and successful environment.

• Ensure that all sales material is being effectively worked.

• Assist in managing material, finding new leads and ensuring that sales from each school are maximized.

• Work with team leads and sales floor manager in reporting any problems, discrepancies and issues that may arise.

Experience & Requirements:

• 1+ years of call center experience

• 1+ years of customer service experience

• 1+ years of employee coaching experience 

• Proficient in Microsoft Windows environment and computer skills 

• Leadership Skills and Self-Motivated

• Strong Oral and Written Communication Skills

• Strong Relationship Building 

• Sales and Employee Training Skills

• Interviewing Skills

• Must be 21+ with a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record

• Must pass a background check

• Work inside a call center located within a secure facility

• Reliability

• Good communicator

• Positive attitude

• Self-Motivated

• High energy

• Good Organizational Skills

Shift: Monday – Friday, 6:45 AM to 4:00 PM 

Salary: $40,000/year + bonuses based on team performance
