Responsibilities: 

  • Establish long-term customer relationships by providing exceptional service and one-call resolution.

  • Maintain strong knowledge of company products, accurately respond to customers’ questions regarding billing, devices, product features, troubleshooting, and hardware operation.

  • Provide product suggestions and sell our products and services to customers.

  • Identify opportunities and provide feedback by assessing call trends and/or diagnostic improvements to provide a higher level of customer service, performance, and efficiency.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or GED

  • Must be 18 years or older

  • Ability to multitask and effectively problem solve. Speaking with customers while logging information, following different processes, and navigating customer tools.

  • High-volume call center experience is highly preferred 

  • An awesome attitude with a customer-first mindset

  • A desire to work in a collaborative team environment

  • Willingness to work flexible schedules. 40 hours per week with OT based on business needs that can fall anywhere within our hours of operation, 7 days a week-5:00 AM-9:00 PM.

Wage: $16.28/hr. with the ability to earn an additional $2.00 attendance incentive ($18.28/hr.) 

Schedule:
Training During Weeks 1 & 2: Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM
Training During Week 3: Monday-Friday, 5:00 AM to 2:00 PM
Regular Schedule Starting Week 4: 5:00 AM to 2:00 PM or 5:30 AM to 2:30 PM
