Responsibilities:

Establish long-term customer relationships by providing exceptional service and one-call resolution.

Maintain strong knowledge of company products, accurately respond to customers’ questions regarding billing, devices, product features, troubleshooting, and hardware operation.

Provide product suggestions and sell our products and services to customers.

Identify opportunities and provide feedback by assessing call trends and/or diagnostic improvements to provide a higher level of customer service, performance, and efficiency.
Requirements:
-
High school diploma or GED
-
Must be 18 years or older
-
Ability to multitask and effectively problem solve. Speaking with customers while logging information, following different processes, and navigating customer tools.

High-volume call center experience is highly preferred

An awesome attitude with a customer-first mindset

A desire to work in a collaborative team environment

Willingness to work flexible schedules. 40 hours per week with OT based on business needs that can fall anywhere within our hours of operation, 7 days a week-5:00 AM-9:00 PM.
Wage: $16.28/hr. with the ability to earn an additional $2.00 attendance incentive ($18.28/hr.)
Schedule:
Training During Weeks 1 & 2: Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM
Training During Week 3: Monday-Friday, 5:00 AM to 2:00 PM
Regular Schedule Starting Week 4: 5:00 AM to 2:00 PM or 5:30 AM to 2:30 PM
