Job Title: Accounts Payable Assistant (Part time and Temporary – 5 Months)
Location: Yakima, WA
Pay Rate: $20.00/hr
Schedule: Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday | 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM (24 hours/week)

Atlas Staffing is hiring an Accounts Payable Assistant for a well-established client in Yakima. This is a temporary part time opportunity starting ASAP and lasting approximately 5 months. If you’re ready to join a supportive team and hit the ground running, apply today!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Enter vendor invoices into accounting software
  • Prepare vendor checks for mailing
  • File vendor invoices and records
  • Reconcile employee travel and expense reimbursements

Requirements:
Education:

  • High School Diploma or GED (required)

Experience:

  • 1+ year of Accounts Payable experience required

Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong written and verbal communication
  • Excellent decision-making and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks with shifting priorities
  • Proficient in business software and data entry
  • Professional demeanor, even in high-pressure situations
