We’re currently looking for a driven, hands-on CNC Production Technician to join our dynamic and growing team in Boise ID. If you’re passionate about precision, quality, and working in a fast-paced environment—this could be the opportunity for you.

Key Responsibilities:

• Set up and operate a variety of CNC machine tools
• Ensure all parts meet specifications using precision measurement tools
• Work with extremely tight tolerances
• Read and follow technical drawings and job instructions
• Load parts and properly indicate them to fixtures
• Monitor tool wear and replace tools/inserts as needed

What We’re Looking For:

• Strong communication skills
• Excellent work ethic with flexibility to work overtime as needed
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
• Proficiency in reading technical drawings and using measurement equipment
• Solid experience with CNC milling and/or lathe machines
• Basic computer literacy (email, printing documents, navigating Windows & Internet Explorer)
• Reliable attendance is a must

Physical Requirements:

• Safely lift up to 35 pounds independently
• Use lifting assist equipment as needed

Shift: 7:00am to 3:30pm Monday – Friday

Wage $21.00 to $22.00/hr DOE
