We’re currently looking for a driven, hands-on CNC Production Technician to join our dynamic and growing team in Boise ID. If you’re passionate about precision, quality, and working in a fast-paced environment—this could be the opportunity for you.
**** Must have relevant experience working in a production/manufacturing environment ****
Key Responsibilities:
- Set up and clean a variety of CNC machine tools
- Ensure all parts meet specifications using precision measurement tools
- Work with extremely tight tolerances
- Read and follow technical drawings and job instructions
- Load parts and properly indicate them to fixtures
- Monitor tool wear and replace tools/inserts as needed
What We’re Looking For:
- Strong communication skills
- Excellent work ethic with flexibility to work overtime as needed
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Proficiency in reading technical drawings and using measurement equipment
- Solid experience with CNC milling and/or lathe machines
- Basic computer literacy (email, printing documents, navigating Windows & Internet Explorer)
- Reliable attendance is a must
Physical Requirements:
- Safely lift up to 35 pounds independently
- Use lifting assist equipment as needed
Shift: 7:00am to 3:30pm Monday – Friday
Wage $21.00 to $22.00/hr DOE
