Now Hiring: Truck Technicians – Boise, ID
Pay Range: $20–$28/hr DOE | Full-Time | Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM

We're expanding our team in Boise, Idaho, and are looking for motivated Truck Technicians to grow with us. If you're looking for stable, full-time work in a supportive, team-oriented environment, we want to hear from you!
What You’ll Do
As a Truck Technician, you’ll work under the guidance of our Shop Supervisor to install a variety of commercial truck and van equipment. Responsibilities include:
- Following all shop safety protocols
- Installing truck bodies (service utility, stake, dump), plows, and other accessories
- Mounting components like hitches, ladder racks, shelving, drawers, and mud flaps
- Utilizing basic welding skills (preferred but not required)
- Assisting experienced mechanics for hands-on training and continued development
- Performing additional tasks as assigned by your supervisor
What We’re Looking For
- Basic mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
- Experience with low-voltage automotive electrical systems (required)
- Welding, electrical wiring, and hydraulics experience is a plus
- Ability to safely use power tools and other shop equipment
- Strong attention to detail and a dedication to quality work
- Team player mindset and willingness to learn
