Join Our Team as a Part-Time Purchasing Specialist!
Location: Boise, Idaho
Pay Range: $19–$23/hour | 20–25 hours per week
Hours: 9:00am to 2:00pm (Monday to Friday)

We’re looking for a Temporary Contract and Part-Time Purchasing Specialist to join our dynamic Operations Team in Boise, Idaho! In this role, you'll support key purchasing and supply chain functions while helping deliver a consistently exceptional customer experience. Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service to both internal and external stakeholders.
- Collaborate across departments to ensure smooth communication and operations.
- Maintain accurate records of purchases, orders, and related communications.
- Troubleshoot and escalate order-related issues as needed.
- Accurately process supply sales quotes and orders.
- Coordinate timely delivery of supply orders, ensuring proper product handling.
- Resolve escalated inquiries and supply-related concerns professionally.
- Support the Contact Center as needed for supply-related escalations.
- Monitor and track orders for accurate and timely fulfillment.
- Communicate proactively about order status and any delays.
- Adhere to company policies on purchasing, inventory management, and data integrity.
- Perform additional duties as assigned by the department manager.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in purchasing, supply chain, or customer service (preferred).
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Customer-focused mindset with a proactive, professional attitude.
- Comfortable working both independently and in a team.
- Able to adapt to changing priorities and work with limited information.
- Experience with purchasing/inventory software or ERP systems (preferred).
