What You’ll Do

• Build Client Relationships: Communicate with local employers to understand their hiring needs, culture, and goals.
• Match Great People to Great Jobs: Source, evaluate, and place candidates in roles that align with both client needs and candidate goals.
• Be a Candidate Advocate: Guide job seekers through the hiring process and provide ongoing support to help them thrive.
• Act with Urgency: Meet staffing deadlines quickly and accurately in a fast-paced, time-sensitive environment.
• Engage Your Community: Represent Atlas Staffing at job fairs, hiring events, and networking opportunities to attract talent and build brand presence.

Compensation & Benefits
Salary Range: $50,000 – $80,000+ (Base + Commission based on performance)
