Precision Sheet Metal Welder – Full-Time/Temp to Hire
Location: Spokane, WA
Pay: $19.00 – $24.00+ per hour (DOE)
Shift: Monday to Friday (6:00am – 2:30pm)

Join our growing team at a leading manufacturing facility in Spokane WA!
We’re looking for a Precision Sheet Metal Welder with experience in light gauge aluminum and mild steel welding. If you’re skilled with MIG and TIG, detail-oriented, and ready to take pride in producing high-quality parts, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

• Read and interpret blueprints to ensure part accuracy and quality.
• Set up and operate welding equipment with limited supervision.
• Perform precision welding on aluminum and mild steel sheet metal.
• Conduct in-process inspections to meet quality standards.
• Complete documentation (travelers, maintenance logs, work records).
• Stack or pack finished parts for the next process or shipping.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
• Support other departments and operate additional equipment as needed.
• Follow all safety protocols and company procedures.
• Regularly lift up to 50 lbs and work on your feet for extended periods.
• Overtime may be required based on production needs.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Previous experience with precision sheet metal welding is required.
• Proficiency in MIG and TIG welding of light gauge aluminum and steel.
• Ability to pass an onsite welding test.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow complex blueprints.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Team-oriented with a proactive attitude and commitment to quality.
