Position: Manufacturing Maintenance Technician
Location: Spokane Valley, WA
Wage: $18.00/hr to $18.00/hr
Hours: 6:00am – 2:30pm (Monday to Friday)
Full time hours – Temp to Hire opportunity

About the Role:
We are a fast-paced manufacturing environment seeking a highly motivated individual to join our team as a Manufacturing Maintenance Technician. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a strong commitment to improving manufacturing processes and systems.

Requirements:

• Experience: Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in manufacturing maintenance role.
• Work History: Must have a stable and consistent work history in a manufacturing environment.
• Fabrication Skills: Proficiency in machining and welding.
• Mechanical Aptitude: Ability and willingness to learn to troubleshoot and repair machinery, including pneumatics, hydraulics, electrical/electronic, and mechanical systems.
• Interest in Continuous Improvement: Curiosity about how systems work and a desire to improve them.

Additional Qualifications:

• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn new maintenance skills.
• Must be able to make production adjustments safely and efficiently.
• Strong English communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
• Capable of standing for up to 10 hours  
• High attention to detail.
• Must provide your own hand tools and multi-meter.
• Comfortable working in environments where getting dirty is part of the job.

We maintain a safe working environment. This role involves work in a heavy manufacturing setting with exposure to hot and cold conditions.
