Job Title: Fulfillment Warehouse Associate – Kitting & Assembly
Location: Boise ID
Schedule: 8:30am – 4:30pm Monday to Friday
Pay: $16.50 – $17.00/hr
Type: Temp to Hire

We are seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Fulfillment Warehouse Associate to support kitting, small product assembly, and general warehouse operations. This hands-on role involves working with small parts, hand tools, and packaging materials in a production-style environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform kitting by assembling sets of items into complete packages for shipment or customer delivery
• Assemble small products using basic hand tools (e.g., screwdrivers, pliers, etc.)
• Follow written work instructions and visual diagrams to ensure accurate and consistent product builds
• Inspect parts and finished kits for quality and completeness
• Package and label assembled products for storage or shipment
• Maintain a clean and organized workstation and warehouse area
• Assist with basic inventory tracking and material handling as needed

Required Qualifications:

• 1 year prior experience in warehouse, fulfillment, assembly, or kitting work
• Comfortable using hand tools and working with small parts
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in repetitive tasks
• Ability to follow detailed instructions and meet daily production targets
• Dependable work ethic and ability to work independently or as part of a team
• Ability to stand, bend, and lift up to 35 lbs throughout the shift
