Schedule: Monday–Friday | 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM
Pay: $18.00 – $20.00/hr, DOE

Atlas Staffing is partnering with a rapidly expanding manufacturing company in Spokane Valley to hire an Inside Sales Representative who is passionate about connecting with customers and driving results. If you’re a motivated, goal-oriented professional with phone-based sales experience, this is a great opportunity to join a supportive and fast-paced team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound and take inbound calls to connect with both prospective and existing customers
• Identify customer needs and recommend the right products or services
• Accurately document customer interactions and sales activity in company systems
• Consistently meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals
• Promptly follow up on sales leads and inquiries
• Deliver professional, friendly service while building strong customer relationships over the phone
• Efficiently navigate multiple software platforms, including email and call systems
• Stay up to date on product offerings, promotions, and company updates
• Collaborate with team members to refine and improve sales strategies

What We’re Looking For:

• 1–2 years of phone-based sales or call center experience required
• Strong computer skills and ability to multitask across systems
• Excellent verbal communication and listening skills
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets in a fast-paced environment
• Comfortable using sales software and CRM tools
• Self-motivated with excellent time management and organizational skills
• High school diploma or equivalent required; some college coursework is a plus
