Atlas Staffing is partnering with a rapidly expanding manufacturing company in Spokane Valley to hire an Inside Sales Representative who is passionate about connecting with customers and driving results. If you’re a motivated, goal-oriented professional with phone-based sales experience, this is a great opportunity to join a supportive and fast-paced team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound and take inbound calls to connect with both prospective and existing customers
- Identify customer needs and recommend the right products or services
- Accurately document customer interactions and sales activity in company systems
- Consistently meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals
- Promptly follow up on sales leads and inquiries
- Deliver professional, friendly service while building strong customer relationships over the phone
- Efficiently navigate multiple software platforms, including email and call systems
- Stay up to date on product offerings, promotions, and company updates
- Collaborate with team members to refine and improve sales strategies
What We’re Looking For:
- 1–2 years of phone-based sales or call center experience required
- Strong computer skills and ability to multitask across systems
- Excellent verbal communication and listening skills
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets in a fast-paced environment
- Comfortable using sales software and CRM tools
- Self-motivated with excellent time management and organizational skills
- High school diploma or equivalent required; some college coursework is a plus
