We are looking for bilingual English/Spanish Truss Assemblers /Wood Framers to join our team. Assembler – Wood Framer (Day Shift)
Location: Boise, Idaho
Hourly Wage: $19.00/hr.
Shift/Hours: Days and Swing
- 5:00am – 3:30pm
- 2:30pm – 12:30am
Overtime: Expect to work occasional overtime, including Saturdays.
What You’ll Do:
- Assemble parts by positioning them in specified relationships, and securely fastening them with bolts, clips, screws, cement, or other materials.
- Cut products to required measurements as needed.
- Inspect products for defects and remove those that don’t meet standards.
- Operate machines to perform fastening or force-fitting operations.
- Move between different workstations as required by production needs.
- Adjust to varying models of products in a fast-paced environment.
Minimum Requirements:
- 1- year of Truss Assembly Experience, or similar work experience
- Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions and communicate effectively in both individual and group settings.
- Ability to use basic math skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division) and read a tape measure.
- Must be able to follow detailed written or verbal instructions and apply common sense in routine situations.

Work Environment / Physical Demands:
- Must be able to stand, walk, and use hands for most of the workday.
- Requires lifting and moving materials weighing up to 75 pounds on occasion.
- Work is primarily outdoors, so you should be comfortable in varying weather conditions, including extreme heat and cold, wind, rain and snow.
- Safety is a top priority. Earplugs, eye protection, and other personal protective equipment will be provided and required. Must have Steel or composite shoes.
- The work environment is noisy, with exposure to moving mechanical parts and airborne particles.
