Customer Service Representative
Compensation: $20.00/hour
Schedule

  • Full-time, 40 hours per week
  • Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM

Work Location

  • In-person, Spokane Valley, WA  

Position Overview
We are seeking a Customer Outreach Representative to join our team in Spokane Valley, WA. This role is responsible for making outbound calls to warm leads and existing customers who have already shown interest in our products. You’ll follow a provided script and process to present current promotions (such as free shipping or complimentary security cables) and assist customers with completing their orders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Place outbound calls to warm leads and customers who have requested information or expressed interest.
  • Use approved scripts to share promotions and help customers finalize purchases.
  • Track call outcomes (spoke with, voicemail, follow-up, order placed, etc.) on provided tracking sheets.
  • Accurately record customer information, order details, and notes.
  • Send pre-built shopping cart links as needed.
  • Deliver friendly, professional, and efficient customer interactions.
  • Report daily call activity and results to management.

Qualifications

  • Strong phone presence and clear communication skills.
  • Comfortable following structured scripts and processes.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to track call results and record notes accurately.
  • Previous customer service or telemarketing experience 
  • Proficient with MacBooks and Google Sheets
  • Minimum 100 dials daily
