TIG Welder3 – 2nd Shift | $28.60/hr
Location: Tolleson AZ
Schedule: Monday – Thursday, 3:30 PM – 2:00 AM (4-Day Work Week!)
Pay: $26.00/hr + 10% Shift Differential = $28.60/hr
Employment Type: Temp-to-Hire

About the Role
In this position, you’ll perform GTAW (TIG) and GMAW (MIG) welding processes to produce high-quality metal components.
An onsite weld test will be required on 20-gauge stainless steel, including 6–8” elbows and multiple straight pieces for tacking and seaming.

Key Responsibilities

  • Set up your work area, verify materials, and meet daily production and quality targets.
  • Weld stainless steel and black iron in various positions and thicknesses.
  • Occasionally weld other materials as required.
  • Troubleshoot welding equipment and maintain a clean, organized work area.
  • Follow all safety, health (including OSHA), and environmental regulations.
  • Support continuous improvement efforts through Lean Manufacturing, 5S, and TWI methodologies.
  • Continue to grow your welding skills and knowledge.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the Department Lead.

Skills & Qualifications

  • 1–3 years of experience with GMAW and GTAW welding.
  • Ability to read, write, and understand English to follow safety and production instructions.
  • Proficient in reading and interpreting engineering prints and cut sheets.
  • Knowledge of basic metallurgy, weld symbols, and sheet metal layout.
  • Strong math skills (basic arithmetic and geometry).
  • Ability to accurately read a tape measure to 1/16″.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
