Quality Control Coating Inspector – 1st Shift | $20.50/hr
Location: Tolleson, AZ
Schedule: Monday – Thursday, 5:00 AM – 3:30 PM

Atlas Staffing is hiring a Quality Control Coating Inspector for one of our manufacturing clients in Tolleson, AZ. This is a great opportunity to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment ensuring products meet the highest quality standards. Training is provided, so candidates with strong attention to detail but limited experience are welcome to apply!
Key Responsibilities
- Perform visual inspections to identify defects in coated duct products.
- Use spark testers to check for pinholes and mil testers to measure coating thickness.
- Use heat guns and powder coating to repair defects as needed.
- Maintain accurate documentation of all inspection procedures.
- Request rework when necessary and enter product information into the ERP system using a barcode scanner.
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge or interest in powder coating processes.
- Detail-oriented with ability to read cut sheets and follow instructions.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Training provided for candidates looking to grow their skills.
