Janitor – Manufacturing Facility
Location: Boise ID
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00am–3:30pm
Pay: $17.00/hour
Employment Type: Full-Time, Temp-to-Hire

About the Role
Atlas Staffing is hiring a dependable and detail-oriented Janitor for a manufacturing facility in Boise ID. This position plays a key role in maintaining a clean, safe, and organized work environment throughout manufacturing production areas, offices, and common spaces.

Responsibilities

• Clean and sanitize lobbies, hallways, offices, conference rooms, and restrooms
• Perform floor care duties including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and using floor scrubbers
• Clean and disinfect surfaces such as tables, cabinets, stair railings, and office equipment
• Wash windows and glass surfaces, both interior and exterior
• Operate cleaning equipment such as power washers, ladders, and scissor lifts as needed
• Ensure proper use of PPE and follow all company safety and environmental policies
• Complete assigned cleaning tasks based on verbal or written instructions, work orders, or PM forms

Requirements

• Previous janitorial or facility cleaning experience preferred
• Ability to work at various heights and operate lifts safely
• Physical stamina and ability to lift up to 35 lbs
• Capable of bending, standing, walking, and climbing for extended periods
• Strong attention to detail and self-motivation
