Atlas Staffing is hiring an experienced Welder for a full-time position with a great company in Spokane Valley, WA. Job Summary
In this role, you will be responsible for welding in multiple positions within a fast-paced shop environment. You will work on a variety of projects for different clients, interpreting blueprints and following each job through to completion to meet high standards of quality and safety.
Key Responsibilities

Perform MIG welding in multiple positions (flat, horizontal, vertical, etc.).

Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and weld symbols accurately.

Manage projects from start to completion, ensuring all specifications are met.

Work collaboratively with team members in a dynamic shop environment.

Maintain a safe and clean work area at all times.
Qualifications

Minimum of 5+ years of MIG Welding experience is required.

Proven ability to read and interpret blueprints is essential.

Must possess your own personal welding equipment (hood, gloves, etc.).

Physically capable of lifting and carrying up to 50 lbs frequently.

Ability to stand, squat, kneel, bend, and stoop for extended periods.
