Customer Engagement Specialist
Location: Boise, Idaho
Wage: $17.00 – $20.00 per hour, DOE
Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.

Atlas Staffing is hiring a hardworking and positive Customer Engagement Specialist to join a growing technology company in Boise, Idaho. This company provides innovative office technology solutions and is known for its collaborative and customer-focused culture.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the phone queue and provide exceptional customer service over the phone.
• Monitor technician queues, call volumes, and maintain timely response rates.
• Manage customer inquiry emails and respond promptly and professionally.
• Learn how office technologies support customers’ daily operations.
• Navigate multifunction printer/copier drivers and interfaces to assist users.
• Perform basic troubleshooting to determine if issues are hardware, software, or network related.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer service role.
• Strong multitasking and time management abilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Friendly, professional, and team-oriented attitude.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to maintain effective and cooperative working relationships.
• Must be able to lift 25 lbs regularly, 50 lbs occasionally, and 50+ lbs with assistance.
