Sales Executive – Full-Time
Location: Spokane Valley, WA
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM (40 hours/week)
Compensation: $25 per hour + 5% commission on individual sales revenue after the first 30 days
About the Role
A growing company in Spokane Valley is seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to manage and expand B2B sales across multiple dealer programs. This position plays a key role in onboarding new partners, supporting existing accounts, and ensuring a smooth experience for all dealers.
The ideal candidate is proactive, organized, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. This role requires strong communication skills and a passion for building lasting customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and engage potential dealers through calls, emails, and industry networking.
- Present and promote company dealer programs to new prospects.
- Develop and maintain relationships with existing dealer accounts to drive repeat business.
- Educate dealers on product features, positioning, and best sales practices.
- Assist new dealers in selecting the most suitable program for their business needs.
- Provide support for self-service portal users and manage wholesale accounts.
- Process orders, address inquiries, and ensure timely fulfillment.
- Maintain accurate records of dealer and customer interactions within the CRM system.
- Track and report dealer performance, identifying opportunities for growth.
- Serve as the main point of contact for dealer inquiries and order assistance.
- Distribute marketing materials and sales resources to dealers.
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve dealer concerns.
- Gather dealer feedback to improve sales programs and operations.
- Perform daily opening and closing duties, including securing the workspace.
- Attend trade shows or events as needed (limited travel required).
- Perform other related duties as assigned by management.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in B2B sales, account management, or related field preferred.
- Strong communication, organization, and time management skills.
- Comfortable managing multiple accounts and priorities simultaneously.
- Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
