Maintenance Technician
Location: Airway Heights, WA

Pay: $28.00–$34.00 per hour (based on experience)

Schedule: Monday–Thursday, 4:00 AM – 2:30 PM

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician to join our team in Airway Heights, WA. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining, repairing, installing, and fabricating shop equipment to ensure safe and efficient operations. This position requires a strong mechanical aptitude, technical troubleshooting skills, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform maintenance, repairs, installations, and fabrication of shop equipment.
• Troubleshoot and repair a variety of equipment including:
  • Hand tools
  • Welders
  • Forklifts
  • Conveyors
  • Cranes
  • Machining equipment
  • Strat-o-lift and Drot equipment
• Follow preventive maintenance schedules to ensure equipment safety and reliability.
• Diagnose and repair issues related to hydraulics, pneumatics, electrical, and mechanical systems.
• Perform emergency repairs and coordinate downtime to minimize production interruptions.
• Maintain detailed documentation of maintenance activities and repairs performed.

Qualifications:

• Strong mechanical aptitude with hands-on maintenance experience.
• Solid understanding of:
  • Hydraulics and pneumatics
  • Single-phase and 3-phase electrical control systems
  • Mechanical and control systems
• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, diagrams, and schematics.
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Commitment to maintaining a safe and efficient work environment.

Additional Information:

• Authority to stop operations and perform repairs when safety or quality concerns arise.
