Atlas Staffing is hiring several motivated, customer-focused Lead Generators to join a premier client in Boise, ID. This is a fantastic opportunity for a driven individual to earn full-time wages while working flexible part-time or full-time hours.
This is a sales role with no cold calling. You will be working inside a major, big-box retail partner, building relationships with customers who are already shopping for home improvement solutions.
Job Summary
As a Lead Generator, you will be the face of our client's brand inside a retail partner's store. You will be stationed in the HVAC and home services section, interfacing directly with shoppers to discuss their heating and cooling needs. Your goal is to identify customer pain points, educate them on available solutions, and schedule qualified appointments for the professional sales team.
Key Responsibilities

Proactively and warmly engage with customers in the HVAC aisle to understand their home comfort needs and challenges.

Educate customers on the types of services and appointments our client offers.

Successfully schedule qualified leads for the call center and in-home sales team.

Consistently meet or exceed goals, ramping up to 2-5 qualified leads generated daily.

Maintain a positive and professional presence to represent the brand.
Qualifications

A positive, confident, and energetic personality.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Self-motivated and driven by the ability to control your own income.

Previous experience in customer service, retail, sales, or as an appointment setter is a plus, but no experience is required.

Must be comfortable working on your feet and engaging with new people.
