Assembly Associate
Location: Boise, ID
Pay: $16.00 per hour
Schedule: Monday – Friday | 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM
Job Type: Temporary / Seasonal from January 2026 to July 2026
Job Overview
We’re hiring!!! Seasonal Assembly Associates to support production operations in Boise, ID. This entry-level, hands-on role is ideal for individuals who enjoy working with small components, have strong attention to detail, and can perform efficiently in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Assemble small parts and components according to work instructions
- Package finished products accurately and efficiently
- Perform all assigned tasks efficiently while meeting required production quotas
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
- Follow established best practices, quality standards, and safety procedures
- Identify issues, troubleshoot basic problems, and communicate concerns as needed
- Communicate clearly, directly, and respectfully with co-workers and supervisors
- Perform additional duties as assigned to support production needs
Qualifications & Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Entry-level position; prior assembly or manufacturing experience is helpful but not required
- Strong attention to detail with a high degree of accuracy
- Ability to follow instructions and take direction
- Basic problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
